TOSECO GmbH was founded in 2003 to act as an agent, which gets foreign guests across to Slovenian holiday accommodations via the internet. Yet we didn’t want to install just another market place for landlords, but rather create an individual offer with well selected objects - a genuine service with on-the-spot support as one of Germany’s first true online travel agencies.

So we started with just a few flats and houses in Slovenia. Right from the start, we did not only visit the objects personally, but also document the given interior with a significant pictorial presentation. A rapidly growing demand and above all the positive feedback of our guests confirmed our quality and approach. That’s why we went on broadening the offer…

 

Presently we’re able to offer more than 400 holiday accommodations in Slovenia, Croatia and Carinthia, still all handpicked and personally checked. All objects may be booked online – simply and direct. No annoying back and forth, no long-winded waiting for quotations or rejections of the owners, saving time and nerves of our guests.

The website was originally directed to German-speaking regions, but became more internationally in 2006, presenting the offer in multiple languages from then on. Since 2007 we are member of the VDFA, the German Association of Holiday Home Agencies.

 

Robert Köster, age-group 1956, is the manager of the company, initiator, founder, organizer, editor, advisor and contact person for all guests and landlords - right from the very first day. Supported by a team of contractors he is still working in keeping with the slogan: “The customer satisfaction is the measure of our success!”. The yearly growth rates positively honor this mindset.
